This initiative builds on the success of the Southtown Farmstand & Market and will create a multi-farm, multi-producer platform that makes it easier than ever for customers to buy directly from local farms.
This is part of a broader effort to develop a regional Food Hub. Flicker & Fir will focus on retail sales (for individual consumers), while Ten Rivers Food Web will handle wholesale sales (for restaurants and institutions).
